In the midst of the lockdown and at the worst moment of the pandemic, Cabify created the initiative “Cabify Heroes” to move healthcare workers from their homes to hospitals safely, and for free. To tell people about it, they put this message on the roofs of the cars: “Clap your hands, here rides a health worker”. Thus, from the windows and balconies (the only contact people had with the outside world at that time), the people of Madrid could learn about the campaign and applaud the health workers directly.
